Do You Ever Pull Your Apps Down?

There are very few applications that make me want to change how I work with other apps. Actually, there are only two applications that I can think of. I am going to focus on one of them, Tweetie 2.

I had my doubts about Tweetie 2. After all, it is a Twitter application and I have learned that blogger hype (no matter who it is) doesn't mean a damn thing. This was not the case for Tweetie 2, as expected.

Instead, I fell in love.

Tweetie 2 is more than just a Twitter application, it is an example of what developers should be developing.

Beautiful apps that work, and work well.

I honestly can say I do not have one complaint about Tweetie 2. Rather, Tweetie 2 has made me complain about other apps.

A great example of this is the simple way you refresh tweets in Tweetie, simply pull down. It is so simple it is ingenious. I find myself pulling down on apps all the time to refresh whatever is on the screen. Scarily enough, I even attempt to refresh a website in Safari by using this method. This is such a great feature that I wish every app had it.

These little things are what makes an app so popular. Tweetie 2 is a perfect example of that.

Do you ever find yourself pulling down?
