		<description>we&#039;ve just recently had the android launch in australia and i&#039;ve read a few reviews which basically state that people are unhappy about the fact that google only provides email support, kind of lame really, i mean if you provide a mobile phone then you should provide mobile support, you wouldn&#039;t have a presence on twitter and then tell people that you only respond to them if they contact you on facebook would you? social media is imo about meeting people on their terms in their preferred medium</description>
