Im trying to list all NE Businesses that tweet, I reached 500 and have more waiting, not impressed that it stops at 500, I think we should be able to list as many as we want. xx Louise

Just my two cents.

As a grown-up man I am no stranger to taking responsibility for my own life and my own actions. If my shoebox happens not to be the same size as the shoebox next door that is ok. If my list is totally unmanageable that is my choice. Maybe I do things a little differently. Remember the Apple 2002 slogan, "Think Different" - well, I for one do.

My list of Drupal CMS developers, companies, and groups is topped-out and Twitter can not argue that there are only 500 of them in the whole world. That would be absurd. It is no secret that individuals maintain separate Twitter accounts given the almost universal option to monitor several accounts from most Twitter clients. For me separate accounts have been a workable way to manage affinity groups and various business entities. I thought that maybe the Lists function would make this practice obsolete. Not at a 500 @'s limit.

a list with no limits is not really much of a list is it? by having a limit of 500 follows and 20 lists it makes you really think about a. what is the purpose of this list? and b. why is this person on this list? otherwise you might as well not have a list and just use your normal timeline
